This patch currently fixes some bugs causing some intro sounds to play simultaneously,
allows the players money to go to zero, alleviates money disappearing when inserting an
amount into a $100 machine that isn't evenly divisible by 100, and finally fixes a few 
winning combinations that were not paying out correctly.
