GigAlarm is a freeware alarm program, capable of almost 1 million different alarms. The alarm can be set by time/day, time/date or time delay. The alarm can be either a wave file playing, a program/file running, changing the background wallpaper, a window or a shut down of windows. It has various other options including snooze control, variable alarm cut off, repeating sounds and more. It requires approximately 50Kb of hard drive space.

Alarm Custom Control (VBX) 
This control lets you set an alarm (or
multiple alarms) to go off at a particular
time(s). An event is fired at the appropriate
time. You can easily speciify times such as:
10:45pm, every hour on the hour, every ten
minutes, etc.
