Tech support:

This is a request for information made on behalf of one of your
clients by Dynamic Living Media, publishers of a help tool for
assisting users to set up Windows 95 Internet software on their own.

If you could reply to this message by quoting the entire body,
and fill in the blanks as provided here (it should take no more
than a minute), our help tools should be able to help them complete
the job on their own without any further need to contact you for
support. This information will also be kept on file by your client
as a way of preventing the need for future support, so this should
help all concerned.

Please keep in mind that if your client purchased our product,
