SPIRALS.ZIP

The following files contain XYPLAN files of spiral galaxies. The
extension indicates the number of arms in the spiral. Each map has been
designed to have relatively sparse arms, with a dense galactic core.

It is the intent to assign one homeworld per arm. With this in mind, the top
stars in each galaxy are placed midway out the arms.

Example
~~~~~~~
There is a 9-armed spiral galaxy in XYPLAN.009; the 9 top stars are 500,
499, 498, 497, 496, 495, 494, 493, 492.  Each of these is placed on it's
own spiral arm.
These spirals were generated in 1/2 hour using VPGALAXY,
the Galaxy Former!  Uploaded by author of same, cjsmith@io.org.
