 Distribution

First of all, thank you for taking the time to obtain and use the
trial version of HTML Studio. The trial version will run for 45
days. After that period, the trial version will expire. At this
point, you must purchase a license, request for a trial extension,
or discontinue use of the software.

The trial version can be distributed anywhere, through any means.
You may give out as many copies as you like. The trial version
of HTML Studio is 100% fully functional.

If you decide to purchase licenses, the product then becomes your
personal, commercial version which you may NOT distribute under any means.

 License agreement

HTML Studio (referred to hereafter as "the program") is provided "as-is"
without any warranties (or conditions), expressed or implied with respect
to the program, including the implied warranties (or conditions) of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk
arising out of use or performance of the program remains
with you. In no event, will the copyright holder be liable for any lost
profits, lost savings, incidental or indirect damages or other economic
consequential damages, even if the copyright holder has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. In addition, the copyright holder will not be
liable for any damages claimed on you based on any third party claim.

Use of HTML Studio and its supporting files constitutes agreement to
   these terms.

 Obtaning help

HTML Studio has an extensive, built-in, context sensitive, online help
system. From anywhere within HTML Studio, pressing the F1 key will take
you to the help panel for whatever window or dialog you are currently in.
All menu items contain help as well. Simply select the menu item (without
actually executing the menu item's function) and hit F1. For more
information on using the help system, select Help|Using help.

If you require assistance beyond that of which online help can
provide, you have a number of options. Panacea Software plans to
develop and maintain a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) as
we get more and more questions from users. The latest FAQ can always
be downloaded from Panacea Software's web site
(http://www.program.com/panacea). While you're on the web site, you
will want to check for updates to the version that you're currently
using to fix problems, or add features.

If you are unable to find the answer to your question, feel free to
send electronic mail to Panacea Software. Our email address is
panacea@program.com. We will respond to your question within 2
   business days (usually less).

If you are reporting a bug, please let us know:

      - The *EXACT* steps in reproducing this bug. Make sure that you can
reproduce this bug before you tell us about it. Try to narrow
down unnecessary steps. If possible, try to reproduce the bug
on another machine to see if it might be machine specific.

      - The version of OS/2 (with fixpack numbers), other programs that you
frequently run when HTML Studio is running, and your network setup.

      - A brief description of your hardware. CPU, RAM, video card
        and driver.

You can also submit your feature requests to Panacea Software through
email, or you can use the Feature Request form on our web page
   (http://www.program.com/panacea/featureform.html).

 Setting up your trial version

Once installed, the trial version can be executed by selecting the
HTML Studio icon from the HTML Studio folder. The program can also
be started from the command line. HTML Studio can accept a file name
   as paramater.

After executing HTML Studio, you'll want to customize it. Select
Option | Settings. This will invoke the settings notebook. Go
through each tab and set each option to your liking. After this
optional step, HTML Studio is ready to roll!

Be creative, the rest is up to you!

 Uninstalling HTML Studio

If for some reason, you need to completely remove HTML Studio from your
computer, we have included a quick, simple way to do so. The uninstaller

file associations. Simply click on the "Uninstall HTML Studio" icon.

 Ordering your copy!
