you will experience best performance playing in Dos mode.

Some Windows 95 systems with 16MB may run into problems with Earth 2140 reporting
them having low system memory, if you keep seeing this error message, do the
following:

	Then click on Taskbar.

	2. Click on the Start Menu Programs tab, then click on the Advanced button.

	3. This will bring up Explorer. Double click on the Programs folder and
then double click on the Earth 2140 folder. Right click on the Earth
640x480 shortcut then left click on Properties.

maximum allowed which should be 4096. If you have Expanded (EMS) memory,
change it from Auto to maximum, which should be 16384. If you don't have
Expanded (EMS) memory, then leave this alone. Next, change Extended (XMS)
memory from Auto to 16384. Then change MS-DOS Protected Mode (DPMI) memory
	from Auto to 16384.

	5. Click on the Apply button. Then click on the OK button. You're done!

	6. Repeat the above process for the Earth 800x600 shortcut.
