PMxEyes V1.0 for OS/2 2.* release: 25.01.1994
========================================

( PMXEYES.ZIP
   including PMxEyes.exe & PMxEyes.txt )

Hello to all OS/2-users:

PMxEyes, a PM Program displaying eyes following
your mousepointer everywhere, was inspired by
XEYES on Unix Systems, (to prove that OS/2 is
of equal ability!) and also by the eyes of a beautiful
young lady named Birgit. Yeah, they inspire
your dreams.

Install:
There's no install required, just let it run. To remember
setting-parameters, it installs a file called PMEYES.INI
by itself, (I've not put these data in the OS2.INI 'cause I
hate programs writing their data uncontroled just for
a single run in the OS2.INI-file).

Functions:
There are menu-controled dialog-boxes, these are:

- About PMxEyes: Informations about the author

- Additional Notations: greetings and notations from the author.
To display this box, press [ALT] and O
or click the [MORE...] button in the About
                          Box.

- Colors & Size: Here you can change the size of the
eyeframe and the eyepupil. This can
be achieved by moving the two
sliders in the 'Eyes - Size' box.
Notify, that 0 stands for the center point
of every eye and 100 for the outer frame.
                          Just try it...
Here you can also change the colors of
                          backround, frames, centers and pupils.
Colors are choosen by their red, green
and blue parts which can be controlled
by the three sliders in the 'Eyes - Color'
box. The current color is displayed in the
                          right colored box.
                          Also just try it.

The other menu - entries are:

- Hide Frame/
Show Frame: Hides or shows the window controls.
This can also be achieved by clicking twice
with the left mouse button on the eyes
or by pressing [ALT] and F.

- Save Settings: Save the current parameters (window
                           position and size, eye parameters).
This can be achieved by pressing
                           [ALT] and V.

- Exit: Quit to OS/2.
                          [ALT] and X also works.

By holding the left mouse button down the window can be moved.

If the window is in 'Hide Frame' mode (without frame controls),
a PopUp-menu can be activated by pressing the right mouse button
while pointing on the eyes. This can also be achieved by pressing
[ALT] and M.

That's all by now, but I have still a few ideas to build in.
Also iconic eyes will be added.

About OS/2 programing:

The eyes move simply by the great OS/2 multitasking, there are no
synchro or priority procedures needed.

Enjoy and use it!
