Monitor v1.0

Syntax: Monitor <COMNAME>

Synopsis:
Monitor provides modem lights for those of us who have internal modems.
Once running, the frame controls can be turned on/off by right clicking in
the main window.

See buglist.txt, and ToDo.txt to see what I have planned for the future. It
tries to be as nice as possible to the multitasking system.

Caveats:
This does not work with programs the lock the com port when they open it
(Ckermit!!!). It does, however, work with DOIP and many comm programs. OS/2
may not drop DTR when the other program is closed; this is totally up to the
other application.

Also, if some data comes accross the modem (like RING), but nothing reads
the data from the comm port, the RD light will stay on, indicating that there
is data to be read. I'm working on this.

This program was tested with Ray Gwinn's SIO drivers, but should work with
the standard OS/2 drivers.

Price:
  This Version is FREE.

Standard Disclaimer:

Thanks to Matt Hortman, alpha/beta tester and friend.

Hehehe. There is an OS/2 secret embedded in this document. Tell me what you
think.

Hint: Must use InfoZip; Will not work if copied under straight Dos.
