Version 1.3							29 Dec 2000
============================================================================
Killing Mr Garrison in Level 8 using the V-Chip would not trigger the level
to finish. This problem has now been rectified.

============================================================================
Version 1.2							22 Oct 2000
============================================================================
1. Turning off vsync so that your graphics card doesn't sync buffer
swaps with the monitor refresh rate allowed the game to run at insane frame
rates of over 1000fps on fast graphics cards. This caused some problems
with the game timing so now the frame rate is capped to avoid any problems.
Although if you do wish to have vsync turned off on your graphics card
then you may experience screen flicker when playing at 320x240 modes so
use the higher resolution mode which seems to not have this problem.

============================================================================
Version 1.1							21 Sep 2000
============================================================================
1. Some newer graphics cards perform color interpolation when stretching
the graphics. This resulted in a purple outline around the sprites in
some of the 640x480 modes. This issue has now been corrected.
2. Sometimes the swinging blades were causing tiles to become hollow when
they were off the screen. This issue has now been corrected.

Notes
============================================================================
The default resolution is 320x240x16.
You can toggle the display of the frame rate by pressing F2 during the game.
If the frame rate is consistently less than 50 fps then you are probably
getting poor game play and you should try to select a resolution that gives
a better frame rate.
